Tania Chairez is an undocumented immigrant born in Chihuahua, Mexico and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. For the past decade, Tania has prioritized her passion for the intersection of immigration and education. She's been featured on the cover of TIME Magazine and is currently the CEO of Convivir Colorado; a leadership program for immigrant, refugee, and first generation youth that helps them channel their leadership through the lens of their migrant journey
