Culture Class is a podcast that encourages people to learn from one another. In our class, everyone is a student of life. We facilitate unifying conversations by interviewing people from different backgrounds. We have been going strong since November 2018 and have interacted with folks from over 50 countries. Producer

Mosope was born in Lagos, Nigeria and currently lives in Minnesota. She describes herself as a sentimental hoarder and is often nostalgic for the days of childhood. She enjoys travelling, photography, true crime podcasts and almost always welcomes conversations with strangers.

Nosa Iyare

Executive Producer/Host

Nosa was born in Nigeria to a Military family. This saw him move around a lot as a kid; soaking up cultures from different parts of the country. He ended up moving to Washington DC; a hotbed for global citizens in the USA. His curiosity about other cultures led him to start Culture Class while pursuing a graduate degree at American University.

Tongwa Akanji

Guest Host

Born in Cameroon, Tongwa loves singing, spontaneous explorations, writing poetry, filming content, and most of all, chatting with people about their unique perspective on the world. She is a lover of life and people. She believes in the power of human connection through true storytelling. Her motto is 'we are all extraordinary'.
